Paint.net Makes a Great Free Photoshop Alternative
Photoshop is a very powerful tool, but has a couple of drawbacks. It is very expensive, and it’s pretty complicated to use. Here is an alternative to Photoshop. It’s called Paint.net and has “an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools.” Best of all is the price. It’s free. And there are many “forums” available if you are looking for paint.net online communities. I have used this software, and I find that is a great alternative for Photoshop if you are an average user like myself, and not into the professional aspect of digital photo editing.
