Next Cheap Laptop: CTL 2go PC
An Intel budget laptop called the CTL 2go PC is being produced with the target being the education market. It will retail for around $400, and will have a 9 inch 800X640 LED backlit display, a 1 ghz Intel Celeron M processor, 512 mb of ram (upgradeable to 1 gb), and a 40 gb 4200 rpm 1.8 inch HD. It’ll also feature integrated wireless G, an SD/MMC card reader, a webcam, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a 3 hour battery, and will ship with Windows XP (but will also support Linux). The 3 pound 2go PC should be available “within 60 days;”
